Shipping costs

International orders
For orders outside the UK, local customs duties or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer, and the shipping company or local customs authority may contact you for payment before your order can be released. Customs processes can sometimes cause delays.
If you have any questions about international delivery costs, please get in touch with us before placing your order.
Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including being unable to gain access to the delivery address.
